REPORT
Missionary Eduardo Magana
“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,
saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil,
to give you an expected end” (Jeremiah 29:
11).
We know the Lord thinks of us and has plans for
us; and, that is why we are so thankful to Him. In
His wisdom He blesses us so we can be a blessing
to others. God bless you in the beginning of this
2012.
Santa Elena: Thanks to the Lord, we found a
house to rent!!! The owners are Christians and
were asking 130 dollars but, thanks to God, we are
renting it for 110 dollars per month. We know this
is going to be a blessing. We continue to meet at
the plaza for the Club of the Bible with the children
and then we meet at the house with the adults. We
have started having meetings on Thursdays in
addition to our Sunday meetings. We will also use
the house during the week to study the Bible with
some people. We had a special service January
29th at the plaza where we sang songs to the Lord
for about 45 minutes and then I preached.
Magdalena repented and accepted the Lord as her
Savior; and, Marco also made a profession of
faith. Pray fervently for Marco; he is a drug addict
and has even been in prison several times.
Continue in prayer for Martin, Jose, and the
children there.
Mirasierra: Thanks to God the Club of the Bible
continues even though some parents do not allow
their children to attend anymore because we “are
not catholic.” Argelia continues attending and she
is more committed to following the Lord; pray for
her, her children, and ex-husband. Two ladies who
were attending are not attending anymore. Pray for
Beatriz and Marisol.
Thanks to God we started Bible studies with Oscar
and Mary in the Monte Sinai neighborhood. My
wife studies the Bible with the children. We had 4
kids visiting; pray for them and their families.
Leadership: Continue in prayer for Saidiel,
Samuel, Alan, and Oscar; also for some
teenagers; Omar, Oscar, and Daniel. I am working
with them one-on-one and they are helping now in
Santa Elena and Mirasierra.
Prayer Requests: Pray with us for a piece of land
for Santa Elena; for more people to repent; and,
accept the Lord as Savior.
